This system's overall implementation strongly prefers using apps. The reason being to leverage app notifications along with the First-screen Principle to alleviate the mental tax of decision making and the constant anxiety of “doing the right thing”.
Above all of the sub-systems is the mindset that govern their execution. The current model to adhere to is States of Mind.

App: Things
Every task and project is an opportunity to pick up. They have a positive desirable outcome to pursue. Every progress pushes your life forward.
The performance is not preallocated, not time-scheduled. The mentality when executing the task backlog when you are in the driver sea is with high urgency: "could I done this with the minimal time?", or "could I done the best job for this in 30 minutes?". The faster I accomplish the outcome, the better.
Excluded of routine, scheduled tasks. This goal-todo system contains opportunities, not obligations (there's a YouTube video from Ali Abdaal regarding this).

The system manage obligations and routines that I just mindlessly do. Most of them are time-scheduled or have a very clear do-able context.

Reflection cadence is the system dynamic of evolution of self-stabilizing. Reflection sessions are performed routinely, on recurrent schedules.
